Refund policy

 

All orders are inspected before shipment.

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include a full unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the parcel.

Items must remain unused and in original condition for any return approval. All returns require prior authorization before being sent back.

Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within standard processing time. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet policy requirements or lack sufficient proof.
